Employment Type: Contract - Sat/ Sun 6am-2pm OR 7am-3pm

Pay Range: $38.00-$43.00 Per HR

Job Summary

• Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse in an onsite setting in Bronx, NY.

Major Functions

• The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for facilitating clinic-based access to addiction medications.
• The LPN is responsible for scheduling initial and follow-up appointments for medication management for assigned patient caseload.
• The Licensed Practical Nurse provides care coordination and addresses barriers to effective care for patients receiving addiction medications.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred.
• Proficiency in computer operations including word processing and spreadsheets.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings if needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a behavioral healthcare service.
• Valid LPN License in New York State.
• CPR & First Aid Certification.
• Experience with generic technology tools.
