Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time opportunity in a five-star rated Assisted Living Facility located in Haverstraw, Rockland County, NY. This role offers a consistent weekly schedule, excellent pay, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in a supportive clinical setting.
Position Details:
- Location: Rockland County (Haverstraw), NY
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Hourly Rate: $40 – $45/hour
- Schedule:
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Active New York State RN license
- Minimum 6 months of clinical nursing experience
- Skilled in care planning and documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and follow-up home care assessments (OASIS tool as needed)
- Report initial findings to supervisor or care coordinator
- Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care with the care team
- Administer nursing treatments and preventive procedures as ordered
- Monitor patient conditions and update care plans in collaboration with physicians
- Educate patients and families on home care protocols and health maintenance
- Accurately document care provided, observations, and progress
- Supervise home health aides and ensure policy adherence
- Follow all infection control and patient rights protocols
